　　Cctv newsAt 16: 25 on June 4, 2023, Beijing Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow warning of high temperature. It is estimated that the highest temperature in most parts of the city will reach 35℃ and above from May 5th to 7th, so please take precautions.

Defense guide

(1) Local people’s governments at all levels, relevant departments and units shall do a good job in heatstroke prevention and cooling according to their duties, and municipal, water, construction, health, electric power and other departments and units shall take effective measures in time;

(2) Personnel who have been working in the open air for a long time in high temperature environment should take necessary measures to prevent heatstroke and prepare cool drinks and first-aid medicines for heatstroke;

(3) Maintain the car reasonably, pay attention to traffic safety when driving, and avoid fatigue driving;

(4) Families with old, weak, sick and young children should prepare commonly used heatstroke prevention and cooling drugs, and provide heatstroke prevention and cooling guidance and certain care;

(5) Outdoor activities should be reduced during the high temperature period. If you have to travel, you should wear sunscreen, umbrellas, sun hats and sunglasses outdoors, and apply sunscreen to avoid strong light burning your skin;

(6) Continuous high temperature weather is easy to make people tired, irritable and angry, so we should pay attention to adjusting our emotions and ensuring adequate rest.
