Chen Boyi:The founder of Chen’s Chinese medicine surgery is my grandfather, Mr. Chen Gengyuan. In his early years, he practiced medicine in Taijiang, Cangshan and Yongtai, mainly using plasters and Dan medicine to treat surgical miscellaneous diseases, with remarkable results and a certain reputation in the local area. In the 1950s, when the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Fujian Provincial People’s Hospital was established, he participated in the establishment and sat in the clinic. He was mainly good at diagnosing and treating surgical diseases of traditional Chinese medicine, and was also good at using some external plasters and pills. 　　According to the website of the Ministry of Education, the management service platform of the national primary and secondary school students’ off-campus training institutions developed by the Ministry of Education will be launched soon, and the national primary and secondary school students’ off-campus training institutions approved by various places are expected to realize online inquiry through the national unified Internet platform. On November 19th, the Ministry of Education held the application training for provincial users of the management service platform of the national off-campus training institutions for primary and secondary school students in Beijing, and the responsible comrades and platform operators of the relevant departments of the provincial education administrative departments participated in the training.

　　The meeting pointed out that all localities should make good use of the platform, systematically complete the arrangement, rectification, approval, discipline training filing and social supervision of off-campus training institutions, publicize the relevant policies, white lists, blacklists, discipline training courses and other information of off-campus training institutions to the public, accept complaints from the masses based on the platform, realize the fine management of the whole process of off-campus training, facilitate the masses to understand relevant information, and widely accept supervision from all walks of life.
